ABOUT Ecological Athlete

Volleyball isn’t an overuse sport.

It’s an underprepared sport.

Ecological Athlete develops durable, powerful volleyball players through strength training, movement education, mindset development, and long-term systems from youth to professional.

Training

What Sets us apart

Volleyball athletes train and compete year round. They jump thousands of times per month, practice multiple days per week, and play long tournament seasons,  yet most are never taught how to physically prepare for those demands.

The issue isn’t effort.

It isn’t talent.

And it isn’t that they play “too much volleyball.”

It’s that their bodies are underprepared to handle the forces the sport requires.

Without proper movement mechanics, strength capacity, and recovery strategies, the body eventually has only one option: break down.

Ecological Athlete exists to solve that problem.

Working with Dalton has been a great experience with his knowledge of volleyball and in the weight room. He made my game go to the next level. Going into my sophomore year at Penn state he grew my vertical 5 inches just over the summer. With the workout plan he made and I followed over the summer, I was in the best shape of my volleyball career. Over the summer going into my junior year we focused on my skill set andthe mental side of volleyball. With his experience, he grew my IQ of the game a great extent. He also grew my mental side of the game to a point where it had never been. He has been an amazing mentor and a fantastic teacher.
